What are the requirements of SB 721?

All buildings with 3 or more units require an inspection and report filed with the city

Balconies, decks, porches, stairways, walkways, and any extended structures overhanging the property are included in this requirement

The inspection must sample 15% of each type of element

Current conditions, project lifespans, and recommendations for any immediate or future improvements must be provided to the city

Owner is to keep a copy of the approved report
